Before
Transformation of a raw loft space into a beautiful spa-like retreat bedroom!
The clients are Super Storm Sandy victims displaced permanently from their original home.
After 8 years they were finally ready for us to create a bedroom that truly makes them feel comfortable in this beautiful home new home design.
Beginning from the ground we made a custom design, flooring was replaced with beautiful organic floorboards using coastal hues to reflect their new waterfront space. An upholstered neutral linen headboard, ottoman, and coordinating natural multi-layered bedding adds to the coastal vibe. Sustainability was very important to our client which is reflected in fabrics, furnishings, and recycled/reupholstered pieces incorporated in this project. The final touch was the installation of the recessed fireplace that truly made this room the oasis they longed for.
